Delivery Policy


Your order will be delivered to you via the Service Company or driver appointed by us. We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damage, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  1. We generally deliver products using our standard courier; however we reserve the right to use any other courier / delivery organization at our discretion from time to time.

  2. If customer request express way for product that are using our logistics pointed, customer shall bear all the charges, risk of loss and damage to the product in transit.

  3. We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and E S L Lighting (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery service, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of E S L Lighting (M) Sdn Bhd.

  4. No delivery available shall be on Sunday and public holiday.

  5. We will not entertain any request for change of store after order confirmation is issued. We shall delivery the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. If you are not personally to collect store, an authorized representative information may collect on behalf of you.

  6. If you do not accept delivery or collect the product from carrier, then we may either or both charge you for reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonable incurred by us, Product no longer available for collection or delivery and notify you.

  7. If delivery is done by our transport, it is our sole responsibility to provide delivery in timely manner. If done by third parties assigned by us, no responsibility is taken for late delivery.

  8. E S L Lighting (M) Sdn Bhd reserve the right to withhold delivery of the product to the customer if it has any doubts what over as the customer’s credit worthiness or insufficient identification.

  1. Shipping Area

    We offer shipping services to majority area of West Malaysia, with the exception of Langkawi Island, Tioman Island, Redang Island, etc. Currently, we are UNABLE to ship to East Malaysia and Singapore yet. Customer may contact us for quote shipping fee.

  2. Self-Collect

    Our staff will contact customer and arrange self-collection once the orders had arrived at our warehouse.

  3. Ensuring an On-Time Delivery

    Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete [including any company name if delivering to a work address] so that the delivery can be made on schedule. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace or to your friends.

  4. Incorrect address/Invalid address

    If our delivery tracking system trace your address was incorrect postcode key-in, we have the right to change your delivery mode. Please enter with cautions the address to reduce time for delivery team make a arrangement for us provide the fast delivery for you.

  5. Delivery

    Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. Please allow for extra time (estimated 7 working days for delivery) for deliveries to outside of the Klang valley area. We cannot accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside Malaysia. Please ensure that you have provided complete delivery address.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attampts before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 1 weeks, or else your item will be forfeited and no refund.
